PUB 365 is excited to feature Stone Brewing Co., the largest brewery in Southern California, for a four course beer-paired dinner.

1st Course paired with Delicious Double IPA: Tartare Trio – A delicate sampling of Tuna, Beef, and Beet and Citrus tartare

2nd Course paired with Delicious IPA: Roasted Duck Salad – Seasonal mix of frisée and mesclun topped with blood orange, pistachio, and pomegranate. Served with roasted duck and l’orange vinaigrette.

3rd Course paired with Arrogant Bastard IPA: Pistachio Crusted Venison – Venison tenderloin crusted with pistachio, topped with Chasseur sauce and served with brown sugar carrot puree, parmigiano brussels, and Pommes Anna.

Dessert Course paired with Tangerine Express Hazy IPA: Homemade Blood Orange Ricotta Cheesecake
